Feathered Serpent III-Ophir

The Feathered Serpent III-Ophir, like the original Feathered Serpent I, was styled after an ancient design. The "Dragon Ship," Feathered Serpent III-Ophir, was a 73-foot long catamaran or double-hulled canoe. The form of the new ship was adapted from designs of ancient sea-going vessels depicted in artwork of America and Asia. The basic architecture of the vessel can be traced back to cultures that existed 12,000 years ago!
